I provide advice in all tax areas, including those with international impact. As a rule, this involves advice in the complete life cycle of an entrepreneur, from the correct setup when starting a business, through various tax and accounting issues when running the business itself, to the liquidation or termination of the business. I also deal with the complete tax issues of non-entrepreneurs who, however, are subject to certain tax obligations under tax regulations, typically transactions with real estate, securities, cryptocurrencies, rent, etc.
